Yeah, as I write this my Pickle :pickle: is updating to Android 13.

It's 870 MB.

My first PC had a big hard drive, it was 125 MB. :blackeye:

125 MB? Wow!

Our first PC compatible computer was an Epson Equity... maybe the II with a 20 MB hard drive. But geez, that was decades ago so it's hard to remember.

Yeah, I came late to the PC, although I had some experience with mainframes and so on.

I caught up with the tech. Nobody would call me a techie, but I manage to follow along somehow, in my dotage.

But back to the story, apparently my Galaxy Tab S7 is not going to get Android 13, I updated it this morning and it's still at 12. :(

Googles own devices are always the first, Samsung takes a few weeks longer for test and adaptions. Rollout will be staggered.

Samsung Tabs and Samsung Phones don't always get their updates at the same time, if that's what you're dealing with. My phone, which is fairly old (I think it's like a Galaxy 9 or so) usually gets updated before my Tab, which is about a year old, does. I have no idea how much longer my phone will be getting upgrades, though...

Sort of hoping my Galaxy 9 does not get one. I am looking to replace it soon anyway. Available space is starting to shorten and, on a first for me, I managed to crack the screen this summer. Luckily the screen protector keeps it from being a problem for me.

I found the info on what version of Android I had under the very last option in the settings section. I have a Note 9 and haven't had an update since Android 10.

I use my tablet way more than my phone, but I haven't noticed anything different on the phone with 13.
