That's Buck Henry, the comedy writer and SNL alumnus.

In the early sixties, he wrote (or co-wrote, I forget) a book titled The Great American Hoax, about SINA. One of the tipoffs that should have given SINA away as a hoax was that it was the Society FOR Indecency To Naked Animals, not the Society AGAINST Indecency to Naked Animals.
