You would think with all their resources they could bring in some of the best dog trainers in the world. German Shepards are fantastic dogs when trained well, that they have had problems with two of them kinda speaks to their failure as dog owners rather than the dogs.

Agree. In addition, if the dogs are biting people the least you can do is hire a Dogsitter, and leave them at home in Scranton.

That dog needs to go Somewhere Else. It clearly is not happy in what must be a very stressful environment for a dog. Eleven bites, including one that required hospitalization, are just too many. Like, eleven too many.

IIRC, Commander was from a rescue shelter so may still suffer from mental trauma of previous owner(s) abuse.

But, yeah, they need to keep him elsewhere.
