P&E: Election Day 2022:
The polls were unusually busy at approximately 8:40 AM EST when this writer cast her vote at the town hall of the small Connecticut town where she resides.

Unlike the last four days which were uncharacteristically summer-like with temperatures in the mid-70s, Tuesday morning was a typical crisp, sunny fall day. Most of the trees, adorned in brilliant hues last month, are now bare, prepared for whatever the winter will bring.

The poll workers were friendly with smiles on their faces for everyone, and the elderly lady handing out ballots and pencils asked each voter the question, “Do you need a privacy folder?”

A question on the ballot this year asks voters if the state constitution should be amended to allow for early voting. Connecticut is one of only four states which has not embraced early voting and expanded absentee balloting other than the exceptions made during the COVID-19 declared pandemic in 2020 and 2021.

A similar proposal to amend the state’s constitution on the same issue was defeated in 2014.

Connecticut uses optical scanners rather than electronic voting machines. Once the ballot is completed by filling in the oval accompanying the voter’s selected candidate, the voter inserts the ballot in the scanner, face up or face down, puts the pencil in a box, and exits through a different door than where he entered.

As this writer left, one poll worker said, “Thank you,” while another said, “Thanks for comin’ in.” The writer thanked them both in return, made her exit and walked across a grassy expanse to her vehicle, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.
Rondeau's voting is newsworthy! :towel:

BREAKING NEWS!!!

Bob68 NAILS IT on what really happened on the midterms. Once again, Scoop Rondeau finds the most relevant, surprising stories out there! h/t Rudy Lee  Answer these questions, Foggy, if you dare --

POSTED IN EDITORIALS
“The Obama Fraud”: Why Neither Republicans nor Democrats Want Trump
"TREASON WAS COMMITTED"
21 hours ago by Bob68

(Nov. 12, 2022) — The Republican Party never really supported Trump. The Democrats and most Republicans who are part of the U.S. government in DC want DeSantis as the 2024 Republican candidate for the same reason they have always wanted anybody but Trump. Here is why in five easy questions:

1. Which candidate said to the world that he did not believe Obama is eligible to be president?

2. Which candidate as a private citizen offered Obama $5 million to Obama’s favorite charity to show his college transcripts and passport records? Obama refused and the charity got nothing.

3. Which candidate was called a “birther” repeatedly by the media and others?

4. Which candidate was and is friends with Sheriff Joe Arpaio, invited him to be a guest speaker at his campaign rallies and as president pardoned him?

5. Which candidate said he had sent his own investigators to Hawaii to probe Obama’s claims of being born there and “You won’t believe what they found”?

During Trump’s term as president, Mike Zullo, formerly of Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, said that “very, very high, high, high-level White House officials have had a cursory briefing of the information that we garnered about the certificate.” It was mentioned that revealing the truth about Obama might not happen until President Trump’s second term. Might this be part of why there is panic from both parties to ensure there is no second term for President Trump?

All of those questions have the same answer: Donald Trump, yet no one in our government, the so-called mainstream media, and unfortunately even most of the conservative media will connect the truths above to why both parties never wanted Trump to be president and why they panicked when the promised-in-2008-after-Obama “cover” president, Hillary Clinton, lost to Donald Trump. Both parties kept President Trump busy with investigations, made-up evidence of Russian collusion, and futile impeachment attempts. When they failed to remove President Trump prior to the 2020 election they stole the election with massive fraud and installed Obama’s vice president, Joe Biden, as an emergency fill-in for the planned-after- Obama cover President, Hillary Clinton.

President Trump in 2017 walked into a White House full of protectors of Obama….who knew Obama had to be protected for them to be protected. Huge crimes were and still are being committed by all complicit in The Obama Fraud to prevent the crime of treason, which both parties committed when they did nothing to stop the fraud Obama from being sworn in as America’s putative president, from ever being acted upon. Both parties gave America’s government and her military to her enemies and as a minimum violated their sworn oath to uphold the Constitution.

“A Republic, madam, if you can keep it”
Treason was committed, and we are watching the still-desperate cover-up of that treason, which is punishable by death…the complicit will do whatever it takes to prevent Trump from being elected again, which means this is one of, if not the most critical times ever for America, her citizens and her future as a Republic, if we can keep it…

Many republicans in Congress readily admit that the Russian so-called ‘dossier’ is a forgery.
The Russian ‘dossier’ was defended by the same law firm, Perkins Coie, that defended Obama’s asserted constitutional eligibility to be POTUS and Barry Soetoro’s amateurishly manufactured multi-layered electronic file–his ‘birth certificate’–that was posted on the official White House website as authentication that Obama is an Article II natural born citizen of the U.S.A.
Perkins Coie defended Obama’s phony birth certificate in courtrooms across America though the electronic file is irrefutably proven to be a cut-from-whole-cloth manufactured lie–a false narrative and a forgery.
Those same people who recognize that the Russian ‘dossier’ is a forgery no doubt believe in their hearts that Obama’s ‘birth certificates’ are both forgeries as well.
It is a most telling ‘coincidence’ that both forgeries have been defended by the same law firm.
But we still have a spineless republican party that would not even stand adamantly against Arizona’s Katie Hobbs being in control of the election that she was a candidate in running against Kari Lake though a more egregious conflict of interest could not exist.
Clearly, the leadership in the republican party want things to stay as a single party elitist faction of corrupt government deep-state swamp creatures running our government with no respect for the Constitution so that they may get rich as all hell like Nancy Pelosi in the execution of their offices.

Which document states: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”?

Invasion includes not allowing undocumented aliens to trespass the sovereign soil of the USA.

Which candidate was not born to U.S. Citizen parents?
Which candidate was born to a Marxist Muslim foreign citizen father?
Which candidate was born to a Communist Atheist mother?
Which candidate was enrolled in and attended an Islamic grade school in Indonesia as an Indonesian citizen and Muslim?
Which candidate was mentored during their high school years by a card carrying member of the Communist Party USA?
Which candidate reflected on their college years by saying: “I sought out the radical Marxist professors and students.”
Which candidate launched their political career in the home of the founders of a Communist/anti-Capitalist domestic terrorist organization which issued a “Declaration of War” against the Unites States Government and bombed the Pentagon, the Capitol and the State Department but said he only knew them as people in the neighborhood?
Which candidate wrote an autobiography in which they declared their ambivalence towards the U.S. Constitution with “I couldn’t completely reject the school of thought that sees the Founding Fathers only as hypocrites and the Constitution only as a betrayal of the grand ideals set forth by the Declaration of Independence.”?
Which candidate joined and was endorsed by the “New [Communist-Socialist] Party” and was featured on the front page of their newsletter during his first political campaign?
Which candidate openly admitted their disdain for the U.S. Constitution by saying “The Constitution is a charter of negative liberties, says what the states can’t do to you, says what the federal government can’t do to you, but it doesn’t say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf.”?
Which candidate was only the second candidate in modern world history seeking their nation’s highest political office to have their own ideological/political symbol, the first being Adolf Hitler?
Which candidate, during the initial stage of their first presidential campaign, went on a worldwide tour apologizing for all the so-called wrongs America had committed.”?
Which candidate, during the final week of their first presidential campaign, adamantly and animatedly proclaimed “In five days we begin fundamentally transforming the United States of America!”?

Therefore, which candidate was not only not born 100% American but also was not raised, mentored or educated with legacy American customs, traditions and values to the extent that he twice proclaimed his distain for America’s founding/fundamental document, the U.S. Constitution, and then proclaimed his intent to fundamentally transform America?

In sum, which candidate wasn’t a true Red, White and Blue American?

Joe DeMaio hasn't posted at the P&E since November 5. He must be working on something super-duper good.
The Even Shorter DeMaio P&E Post Ever
1 week ago by Joseph DeMaio

(Nov. 5, 2022) — Last July, your humble servant offered the “Shortest DeMaio P&E Post Ever.” It was 122 words long. It posited that Democrats then possessed of governmental power had forever forfeited any claim of right or competence to protect or govern a free people. That reality has only metastasized since then.

This offering is even shorter, at 109 words: on November 8th, every single Democrat – without exception – in or aspiring to a position of governmental power and up for election should be defeated or voted out of office…, and never allowed back lest they then succeed in annihilating the constitutional Republic – not a “democracy” – that has survived since 1789.

Period.

DeMaio has been pumping a proposal since before President Biden was inaugurated and thinking about it, we should consider putting this out there in his honor. In reverse. If just those few Republicans that are swinging the House would move over and become Democrats, we'd keep running the House. :P Wouldn't that be awesome for DeMaio, to know his idea got traction? He posted variations on this over, and over, and over, and over...

The FHDP
"NOT TOMORROW OR NEXT WEEK"
Thursday, September 23, 2021 by Joseph DeMaio

(Sep. 23, 2021) — Earlier this month, your humble servant offered this “out-of-the-box” zinger hypothetical proposal. It was posited as an alternative to waiting until the 2022 mid-term elections for the GOP to retake the House, as will undoubtedly happen. But November 8, 2022 is too long to wait for changes which were overdue day before yesterday. The zinger hypothetical posits that if 8-10 House Democrats would undergo a “Reagan epiphany” and switch their political allegiances to Republican now, instead of sentencing the Republic to another 16 months of hard labor with Nancy Pelosi in charge of the House, meaningful change could take place. And this assumes, of course, that there are no GOP defections beyond House members Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger. That is why the hypothetical suggests 8-10. The perils awaiting the Republic between now and then – as evidenced daily through the continuing defalcations of the Goofball in Chief – cannot be allowed to continue and further metastasize. January 2023, when a GOP-controlled House could finally, with “inside-the-box,” thinking, depose Queen Pelosi as Speaker is way too far in the future.

In response to that prior post, commenter Hendricks posed several rebuttal questions aimed at demonstrating the folly of the proposal. Those comments precipitated your servant’s submission of this “surrebuttal” offering. There have thus far been no additional comments made to either post, suggesting that (a) no one is any longer interested in the hypothetical because other issues – mask and vaccination mandates; the Del Rio, Texas illegal alien tsunami; Joint Chief of Staff Mark Milley’s potentially treasonous call to Communist Chinese General Li Zuocheng – have bumped the “zinger fastball” issue to the sidelines, or (b) it is too far “out in left field” to be given serious consideration. Or perhaps both (a) and (b).

Respectfully, your humble servant brings the matter back to your attention. One of the questions posed by Hendricks suggested that “it would be helpful to identify the 10 Democratic House members who are most likely to defect from their party.” While your servant’s surrebuttal offering explains why disclosures of that sort would be imprudent – even if the identities of those Democrats were known – it turns out that the “risks” of such disclosures might be moderated. Those “risks” include, of course, a burning pyroclastic flow of invective and criticism from the Goofball, his marionette-masters and their Goebbelsesque propaganda tools at CNN, MSNBC, the Gray Trollop and the WaPo. No one ever said the defense of the Republic would be easy.

Specifically, there presently exist five (5) incumbent Democrat House of Representative members who have already announced that they will not be running for reelection in 2022 and, in fact, will be retiring from public service altogether. While this is short of the 8-10 Democrats needed under the hypothetical, it is a good start. The Ballotpedia website lists these retiring members, along with their congressional districts, as (1) Cheri Bustos (D. IL, CD 17); (2) Eddie Bernice Johnson (D. TX, CD 30); (3) Ron Kind (D. WI, CD 3); (4) Ann Kirkpatrick (D. AZ, CD 2); and (5) Filemon Vela (D. TX, CD 34). For purposes of discussion, let us call them for now the “Five House Democrat Proto-patriots” (“FHDP”). Heard of any of them? Neither has your humble servant. They exist as part of the faceless mass of members of Congress virtually unknown to voters outside – and in some instances, even inside – of their own congressional districts. In the normal course of events, their names would be forgotten as soon as their replacements are sworn in when January 2023 arrives.

Yet hope springs eternal: Because each of these House members has decided not only to forego seeking reelection to the House, but apparently to leave public life altogether – and who could blame them in the current era of Beltway toxicity, incompetence and mendacity – why not go out in a blaze of patriotic glory? Stated otherwise, they could decide to go down in history as virtually unknown political ciphers except, of course, when their automaton votes were needed by the Wretch from San Crapcisco to pursue her lunatic objectives. Or, if they experienced the “Reagan epiphany” and placed nation above party, their names would undoubtedly go down in history as patriots who helped preserve the Republic from the ravages being wrought upon it hourly by the Goofball regime. It would be a “win-win”: they are remembered in history and the Republic is preserved.

Moreover, if the FHDP members were to all announce their realignment with the Republican Party now, it is a safe – although by no means slam-dunk certain – bet that several more House Democrats might see the “handwriting on the wall” regarding their own chances of reelection in 2022 and join now with the FHDP members to effectuate the needed ten-member switch to change the makeup of the House and elect a new, GOP Speaker. This action alone would do wonders to bring to a halt, or at least moderate and restrain, the intemperate and dangerous impulses of the current Speaker. And the transfer of the gavel would occur well before the results of the 2022 mid-term elections are effectuated in January, 2023. As your humble servant has noted multiple times in past posts, replacing the current Speaker of the House with a sane person sooner rather than later is essential.

Your humble servant does not reside in the congressional district of any of the FHDP members. On the other hand, if any of the faithful readers of The P&E are actual constituents of any of the FHDP members, there would be nothing to prevent bringing to their attention this hypothetical proposal. In closing, and as noted here, while the Constitution operates to protect individual rights, “it is not a suicide pact.” That observation was made by Supreme Court Justice Arthur Goldberg – a Democrat appointed by President Kennedy – in Kennedy v. Mendoza-Martinez, 372 U.S. 144 (1963). The Democrats in Congress, spearheaded by their malevolent leaders in the House and the Senate, are doing everything in their power to prove Justice Goldberg wrong. In their view, suicide in pursuit of their goals is not a bad thing. They consider it to be something akin to “collateral damage.” The country is plainly on a wrong and dangerous trajectory, a fact confirmed by nearly 60% of those recently polled. As evidenced by the Goof’s calamitous Afghanistan withdrawal; his catastrophic border “non-enforcement” policies; and his divisive and unscientific pandemic masking and “vaccine” mandates, his impeachment has become a national imperative.

In the classic noir-comedic film “Dr. Strangelove,” actor Slim Pickins (yes, Virginia, that was his stage name) played the role of an Air Force officer, Major T.J. “King” Kong, flying a B-52 nuclear bomber on a rogue attack against the Soviet Union. In a macabre finale, Kong, mimicking a rodeo bull rider, rides a released H-bomb down to his death and incineration …. not a lot unlike the current trajectory of the Republic under the present regime, but hopefully with a much different ending. And, speaking of nuclear bombs, do not forget that the same Goof who cannot remember the names of foreign leaders – even when in the same room with them – has access to the nuclear missile launch codes. Yikes. As noted by 60’s radical Eldridge Cleaver: “You’re either part of the solution, or you’re part of the problem,” so if ever there were a time for the FHDP to step up, it would be now.

Not tomorrow or next week. Now.

To be fair, some jerk* had said no "legal scholar" agreed with Laity. So Rondeau thinks she's being clever by parroting the words back.

The jerk actually was trolling Laity:
Laity wrote:My reliance on legal advice lies with my own counsel, the counsel of other persons in the law, my own legal education, my fifty years of representing clients and the Constitution, Statutes and Regulations that make up the scope of jurisprudence in the USA.

Rondeau assured it, that settles it! :towel:

This is the closest Rondeau (or DeMaio) ever has gotten to saying DeMaio is a lawyer. But this reminds me of a time when some jerk* was trolling DeMaio, and asked if DeMaio was going to file an eligibility challenge against Harris. The response was (along the lines of), "Maybe an amicus brief." DeMaio, preferring to hide behind Rondeau, actually filed nothing.

Which actually might make sense: DeMaio won't throw paper at a court because he can't endanger his bar card.

And since Rondeau asked, said jerk explained exactly why DeMaio's writing is unlawyerly.

But, to be fair to DeMaio, Apuzzo's writing also was horrible. And Taitz's.

P&E: A Note to Subscribers:
Almost from its inception in August 2009, The Post & Email has offered a free newsletter containing links and lead paragraphs of new content sent out at 10:03 a.m. ET seven days a week.

Subscriptions are strictly voluntary, and anyone can “unsubscribe” at any time.

The distribution is managed by MailChimp, which for the last 18 months has been increasing its pricing exponentially both after incremental increases in our subscriber base and on its own. Over the last three years, the monthly fee has more than tripled, and we have just received notice that as of January 6, it will increase again.

Given the number of subscribers who actually open the newsletter yet the regularly-increasing cost, The Post & Email has decided to remove all subscribers who have not opened a newsletter in three months or more.

Thank you for your understanding.
Now I'm going to sign up every Founder and Framer, and Vattel, for a "free" three-month subscription.

P&E: Trump: Smith Has “Found NOTHING” in Special Counsel Probe:
At approximately 7:30 AM EST Friday, 45th President of the United States and 2024 presidential contender Donald J. Trump posted on his TruthSocial account that the “special prosecutor” assigned by the Biden Justice Department to investigate whether or not he violated any laws by housing certain documents from his White House tenure at his resort in Mar-a-Lago, “has found NOTHING that I have done wrong or differently than other Presidents.”

* * *

Thus far, the legacy media has not questioned whether or not Trump’s civil, constitutional or presidential rights were violated by the raid, which reportedly also included rummaging through the Trumps’ teenage son Barron’s room as well as former First Lady Melania Trump’s personal items.

But, of course:
The Post & Email contacted the Justice Department for comment on Trump’s assertion and will update this article if and when a response is received.
Rondeau's trolling the electronic suggestion box is newsworthy! :towel:

P&E: “Twitter Files” Journalist Terms “Hammer and Scorecard” “Fringiest Material”:
In his Christmas Eve “Twitter Files” release, independent journalist Matt Taibbi provided as an example of “fringiest material” a screenshot from an October 31, 2020 article published by Mary Fanning and Alan Jones of The American Report promoting the claim, proffered by former government subcontractor Dennis Montgomery, that hardware and software Montgomery allegedly invented while in service to the government was turned on the 2020 presidential election to alter its outcome.

* * *

In tweet #30 of the release, Taibbi referred to The American Report‘s October 31, 2020 article, titled, “Biden Using SCORECARD and THE HAMMER To Steal Another U.S. Presidential Election — “Just Like Obama And Biden Did in 2012, labeling it the “fringiest material” to be flagged by the FBI and submitted to Twitter as requiring review.

“It seemed to strike no one as strange that a ‘Foreign Influence’ task force was forwarding thousands of mostly domestic reports, along with the DHS, about the fringiest material,” Taibbi wrote in his tweet.
"For completeness":

This is a double bonanza for Rondeau: She's been breathlessly reporting on every Taibbi dropping  and everyone who discredits Montgomery and his elk. :towel:

To Taibbi's dumb point: If the task force believed a foreign government was spreading propaganda, it is reasonable to assume that said propaganda would appear in "domestic reports" produced by home-grown useful idiots; duh.

Only someone as dumb as Kokesh would go on Pravda Russian Today directly to spread their lies.

Hey Bob --

Is it like Christmas morning over at The Post & Email? They all must be SO EXCITED with the shiny new GOP House coming in! This could be it! A cornucopia of MAGA rarin' to go on investigations... are they ready to execute The Birther Renaissance?

Has Mike Volin made new Sheriff's Kits?
Has Rev Dr Laity Esq revived his appeal on VP Harris' eligibility?
Has Chuckles started buying ad space again?
Has Miki Booth hooked up with Mike Zullo and Joe Arpaio to present the secret evidence to the VIPs now they'll have committee chairmen ready to execute subpoenas and have hearings?

This is their first huge opportunity since 2018, it's been four years but at last the slot machine is saying JACKPOT. What eligibility challenges do they have ready to go since they've known since November this is coming? Has DeMaio laid out their battle plan?

What about Orly Taitz' plans? Any rumors of a Birther Summit?

Saw Constitution Associates are doing a marvelous job, but Rharon doesn't seem to like or cover them which is so sad.

Haven't had a chance to look but it must be Happy Days over there and a buzzing hive of excitement that the most important issue in American History is back on the table and ready for the Federalist majority GOP SCOTUS to stop "evading" the issue as Clarence said ;) and really dig deep into this paramount issue? Maybe John Roberts saved Orly Taitz' documents and kept them close at hand in his office just for this moment.

Please give us a rundown Bob, if it needs to be in multi-parts or new topics that's understandable. Do we need to have our Go Bags ready?

That is SO SAD! This should be the Birther Renaissance! If they can find a Speaker

Even Bob68, delusionally hopeful on the dead-listed Brunson silliness, doesn't even think of the new chance to FIGHT in the Mighty 118th!

We the people were wronged in 2009 when both parties did and said nothing to stop the fraud Obama from being sworn-in as America’s putative president. The consequences of that are patriotic Americans who love their country are now enemies of her government because they are a threat to reveal the biggest criminal act against American citizens and her Constitution in history……The Obama Fraud……..What has happened to America is not complicated, but is so-far, too big to prosecute as both parties protect Obama and others complicit in The Obama Fraud to protect themselves.

All members of Congress turned their backs on the Constitution in 2009 when they remained silent and allowed “Obama” to be sworn-in……they gave America’s government and her military to her enemies by their inaction, and the cover-up of that treasonous act was supposed to be the election of Hillary Clinton as the after Obama cover president. When Hillary lost to Obama’s nemesis Donald Trump, both parties panicked fearing the truth about Barry would be fully revealed and acted on. Unfortunately for America that has not happened…..yet……but both parties are desperately trying to insure Trump can never be president again…..the uniparty has never been more “uni”………….

Dang. It's only been since 2009, are these birthers giving up already???? Clearly, they don't really love America to roll over like this.
