Trump v. Clinton (S.D. Fla., 2:22cv-14102)

First paragraph -
In the run-up to the 2016 Presidential Election, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot – one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy. Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty. The actions taken in furtherance of their scheme—falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement, and exploiting access to highly-sensitive data sources - are so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison.

By the way, The Daily Beast recently had a long article about Alina Habba that's great reading -

Wait till Trump finds out he'll have to face a deposition and Hillz will be his questioner.

:snippity:
In the public docket for the case, Trump’s attorneys included the home addresses of the vast majority of the defendants in the suit. For Trump, however, they listed the address of Ticktin’s law firm.

I'm just glancing through this nonsense, it's comical. Anyway, on page 60 tfg accuses Hillary Clinton of getting him kicked off Twitter. In a footnote, fait-a-complis!
78 The different opportunities which evaporated are too many to list, but as an example, Donald J. Trump has been
banned from different social media platforms, including Twitter. Most of this was due to the misinformation campaign
waged by Hillary Clinton, whereby truth was deemed false and lies were deemed to be truth.

Emptywheel has a thread on the lawsuit. It’s currently 8 tweets long but I don’t think she’s finished yet.

I am beginning to believe that he truly believes the shit he is smoking/saying. He obviously doesn't realize that this allows Clinton, et al, as part of their defense of this POS (assuming it is not dismissed early) to do incredibly thorough and extensive discovery. Jesus fucking christ, the man and Alina Habba, his current legal "genius" who signed this POS are so incredibly stupid -- after denying for years that there was any collusion/cooperation and fighting giving anyone access to documents, etc., he is now essentially agreeing to open all that up for Hillary. Buy moar popcorn.

Dementia only gets worse. He’s lost between worlds.

He may know this is doomed and is only twisting the knife in Hillz. Like all his other failed ventures, this one appeared in a cloud of rainbow smoke but will dissipate and leave only muddy colored trash for others to clean up.

There isn't enough popcorn for this one.

The time has come for Fogbow to grow and sell its own popcorn. It is a green product, can be grown easily in many parts of the country, is a product people enjoy and would be ready by the 2024 election season.

The most difficult part is naming it.

BTW, this is not off topic. This lawsuit begs for popcorn and lots of it!!

I mean, Estoppel is just that little plastic wedge which holds a door open, right?
But the sunshine aye shall light the sky,
As round and round we run;
And the truth shall ever come uppermost,
And justice shall be done.
