I have this nagging feeling that I've heard that line somewhere before.

Probably after the Great War in 1918. 'Course, that would make you a little older than I thought. :think:

My fantasy is Ukraine takes back every last inch of Ukraine, including Crimea. And kicks shit out of Russians and boots them all out of their country. And puts them all on a list of people who are banned from entering Ukraine ever again.

And Putin accidentally falls from his 21st floor hospital room window.

Edit: As long as I'm fantasizing, Trump could pay Putin a hospital visit and they could hold hands on the way down!
There's a lot of things that need to change. One specifically? Police brutality.

Still waiting for Ukraine to slip a column of troops around them, cut them off and capture the lot of them.

There is just something poetic about an Army getting annihilated.

But then you have to feed and house them…

Better to have them break and run spreading fear and despondency throughout Russia.

Why?

Wouldn't it be terrifying to a country if an army simply disappeared?

But if you can't starve them to death, you can quite loudly say you're going to but will allow Russia to send food and medical supplies. The domestic pressure on the Russian government would be incredible, and might be enough to cause it to collapse.

In fairness, once they forged the Ukraine-Hedgehog Alliance, the outcome was never in doubt.
But the sunshine aye shall light the sky,
As round and round we run;
And the truth shall ever come uppermost,
And justice shall be done.
