Ah, I was confuzzled. :confuzzled:

I spent many, many years in California, and even worked in the court system there, so when I see CDL it automatically means California Drivers License in my poor old brainbone. But you mean Commercial Drivers License, and now it makes sense.

Short of a moving violation or similar, or expiration, why would his CDL be suspended?

The best part of the egging was the older guy bumming eggs off the young people. He was FURIOUS.

Was this person cited (and arrested?) for the DC-freeway slowdown?

Please know. 1776 isn't over. It's barely surviving on life support, but some will stay in the area, likely at campgrounds. The group will be tiny. But a few members are too stubborn to quit.

Who do I think is most likely to stay?

Screamin' Steve. He's in his element. He might last until it starts snowing. But he's like your crazy great-uncle who yells profanities at the neighborhood children. He's too ornery to leave. Steve is also homeless because he's spent so long with TPC/1776.

Chrystal: she and her 3 children no longer have a place to live. They don't even have a vehicle. 1771 feeds and shelters Chrystal's children. She and her children will stay as long as someone, likely male, will allow her and her children to sleep in their vehicle. (Problem though. Campgrounds don't allow campers to sleep in cars. Chrystal will need to leach off of someone with a tent.)

Big D: until his legal problems are resolved, Big D will stick around. His fake firetruck is dead, but, with the thousands donated to him for his legal bills, he bought a really nice pickup.

Hippy Mama: Hippy and Big D are a couple. It's really gross. She, Big D, and Hippy's children share an RV. Hippy "manages" the money.

Josh Freeman: the Josh who heckled officer Fanone at the last J6 hearing.

Dustin Freeman: Dustin's car was "chemically attacked" in DC. He's driving his donated car to look for new convoys to join 1776.

Ma and Pa: they don't have anything else to do right now. And, now that Santa is gone, they can sleep in their RV's regular bed.

I don't know if one exists, but if it does its probably somewhere in California

So LM K, your list has 8 Earthlings, more with the children, of course, and Imposterclaus makes 9, if he comes back.

That's a little thin, for a nationable movement in a nation of 330,000,000.

I've been trying to guess how large at its largest and keep coming up with four dozen at the most. But I don't dismiss the people they have commenting on the livestreams. They wish so hard they could be there. And doesn't that Chinese food look so good?

BUT.... But.... but... they did put Washington DC under siege by relentlessly cruising the walls beltway and in a massed assault took the city, well, at least a dirt strip at The Mall

They historically did better than the Ottomans stuck at Vienna ;)

To be accurate they trashed a not-insignificant amount of grass at the National Mall and with their graffitied vehicles, flags, and other buffoonery were an embarrassment to any tourists, whether American or international, who saw them.

1776 will have to reimburse DC for destroying the lawn. The group had insurance; it's mandatory for permit holders to have insurance. But the group camped on the lawn for over two weeks before obtaining insurance. And the group continued to use the lawn after multiple warnings to stop. The group is so passive-aggressive. For the last half of their permit, they increased any behavior that they were told to stop. It was shockingly childish.

But Santa isn't the only name on the permit. Tom, the guy with the bowl haircut, is the cosigner. I doubt insurance will cover the cost of pre-existing damage to property. Tom will be paying that bill; Santa sure as hell won't pay it.

It is suspected that Hippy Mama has left the 1776! She's taking at least 4 days away from moderating the Telegram group.

Hippy is critical to the group. She controls all of BH.

According to a local gas station attendant, Bandit has shaved his face and head.

I think I figured out why Santa sacrificed the movement over Bandit.

Since day 1, Santa has been extremely protective of his truck.

Santa wanted someone with a CDL to stay with his truck at all times. He wasn't going to leave his truck at BH unless someone could drive it away from LE and tow trucks immediately.

Bandit was perfect for the assignment. If Bandit wanted to stay with 1776, he had to remain (hide) at BH. Thus, he was with Santa's truck essentially 24/7.

Interesting theory about Santa and "Bandit", LM K. But does make sense.. Santa has a very nice rig and it ain't cheap. (I believe he is still making payments).

I am still distressed about there being children. "Chrystal" has no home to go back to ?? Three children in tow. CPS paid BH a visit and did nothing?

CPS has been contacted repeatedly. They visited once, but many were not at BH at the time.

2 people that I know of have contacted Bandit's PO and her supervisor about Bandit. He is legally allowed around children as long as parents know about his registration status. Parents at 1776 know about Marcus' history.

Bandit's PO is not happy that Marcus is at a camp with children. But he's not breaking the law.

Santa has lied his ass off to the group about Bandit. Santa buys Bandit's lies about his history. The latest bullshit? Santa booted Bandit until Bandit can provide a letter from his victim saying she lied. According to Bandit, when his step-daughter turned 18, she wrote the court and explained that Bandit didn't sexually abuse her. Alas, according to Bandit, he can't get the letter because it's sealed by the court. He just needs money to get the letter.

But it's hard to unseal a letter that doesn't exist.
