Great picks, loved those!

PlutoTV now has all 7 seasons of The Mary Tyler Moore Show on-demand, just search for it. Not many ads which is great. They truly stand the test of time, we've seen them so many times but still laugh constantly at that wonderful group of actors. We have the DVDs, but for the tablets it's great to just pull it up and watch.

Here's a sports-related episode from Season 5, The System:

"When Ted's formula for betting on football games works, Lou goes into partnership with him. He winds up betting all of the season's winnings on the Super Bowl without telling Ted."

I still snort when watching the elephant story. Tim Conway is one of my all-time favs. That skit and Went With the Wind - they never get old.

I’m on my phone or I’d be posting Lucy’s Vitameatavegamin and the candy factory vids. I will try to find the clip of them in France where Lucy gets arrested and the police don’t believe her passport photo looks like her. That’s my fav Lucy clip.

Oh oh oh!!! The one in LA where she sets her fake nose on fire.

"Chuckles Bites The Dust" episode of the Mary Tyler Moore Show. I think that TV Guide at one time rated this the funniest TV episode of all time.

Carol Burnett has said that they used to always tape the show twice, in case they needed to fix something that went wrong in the first take.

Tim Conway would always do the first taping completely straight, and on script. For the second taping, all bets were off. THat's when he let loose and improvised, such as this scene. He would especially target Harvey Korman, who had a very hard time keeping a straight face when Conway took off.

My favorite MTM is when each of them fantasizes about being married to her.
