Guy Reffitt, the first J6 defendant to be convicted at jury trial, tells Gateway Pundit from jail that his son only testified against him, (that he threatened to shoot him if he went to the FBI), because he was mad he wouldn’t let him take his mom’s car to a BLM rally.

Before the Court is Reffitt’s Motion for Judgment of Acquittal, Dkt. 128, Motion for a New Trial or in the Alternative Judgment on Count 3(a), Dkt. 129, and Motion to Arrest Judgment on Count Two, Dkt. 130. For the reasons that follow, the Court will deny the motions.
