I dunno, ask Josh Hawley. ;) The U.S. Constitution just says a resident at the time of the election.
He's living in a strip plaza? How does that work for code?
He claims he’s living with his wife’s family in a town next door to his strip plaza, whose name he actually misspelled on his forms.

I'd be curious to see if these people file resident state income tax returns as opposed to non-resident (assuming they have property sourced in those states.)

I'd have to scurry through my materials, but I think that DC provides an exemption for people working in the District who live elsewhere as long as they file personal returns in those states. I know that two of my clients have a law practice in DC but file in their states of residence (Maryland and Virginia.) I assume the same rule applies to politicians and their elk.

If you commute from NJ to PA (idk like a certain celebrity doctor running for Senate 🙄)...

then a warm welcome awaits you at the Betsy Ross Bridge 🤗

It was a laugh listening to Bongino taking the piss out of Oz today. All he could muster was how you HAVE to vote for Oz because he is the Republican. Remember, he says, Republicans might not always fix your problems, but Democrats CAUSE your problems.

Then he went off about the Fetterman Daddy’s money story they are all about now.

Buying gas in Pennsylvania is unsurprising.

A candidate in Pennsylvania buying gas in New Jersey, and then listing it as a campaign expenditure, plays into the carpetbagger story.

The multimillionaire shoulda just paid for the Jersey gas out of his own wallet (with cash).

It's possible that Fetterman has gotten under Oz's skin.

Just maybe.

You should be on Fetterman's social media team, clearly. :)

If'n 1) Oz says Fetterman hates having a real job, and

2) Fetterman is running for US Senator, then

3) Oz is saying that US Senator is not a real job.

So why does Oz want it, if'n it isn't a real job?

These MAGATs are predictably unimaginative in their insults. Seems like they are ALL recycled attacks. Like Biden hiding in his basement, or some people wanting to 25th Dumbo. They’re so childish.

My granddaughter has been to a party for his son's birthday that was held in the basement. She said it is HUGE!

(Seriously, we were just talking about it on the train last week.)
