Well, surely it's unfair for the harassers to harassed.

There is definitely something going on with this dude. Not that whatever condition he has precludes his ability to serve as a Representative, his repugnant beliefs do that. But something is definitely up and I'm unclear how they can just keep playing it off.

That's been suspected since at least this past Spring based on other videos, IIRC. He's been denying it consistently.

And justice shall be done.

People have speculated that, along with tardive dyskinesia or Huntington's disease, although the latter is apparently unlikely since it is hereditary and none of his siblings (who think he should be ousted) have it. He and his campaign continue to claim that he is 100% healthy.

Is there a projected time when Duty to Warn might possibly learn how to spell his first name correctly? Maybe this decade? :daydreaming:

The Republican candidate for Attorney General is a moron. He's campaigned on locking up 2020 election workers, using signs with handcuffs on them.

In the unlikely case that he realizes he's a moron and deletes this:

Dropping this here because several of the counties are in AZ, but there are a bunch around the nation they are sending monitors to. More at link.
DOJ wrote: Justice Department to Monitor Polls in 24 States for Compliance with Federal Voting Rights Laws

The Justice Department announced today its plans to monitor compliance with federal voting rights laws in 64 jurisdictions in 24 states for the Nov. 8, 2022 general election. Since the passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, the Civil Rights Division has regularly monitored elections in the field in jurisdictions around the country to protect the rights of voters. The Civil Rights Division will also take complaints from the public nationwide regarding possible violations of the federal voting rights laws through its call center. The Civil Rights Division enforces the federal voting rights laws that protect the rights of all citizens to access the ballot.

For the general election, the Civil Rights Division will monitor for compliance with the federal voting rights laws on Election Day and/or in early voting in 64 jurisdictions:

The judge's ruling also extends to the county's plan to hand count all ballots cast on Election Day, even though the lawsuit did not explicitly ask for that expanded count to be blocked. He said that allowing it would render parts of state election rules "superfluous."

NYT wrote: Republicans sue Maricopa County to keep polling station open

By Patrick Marley

PHOENIX, Ariz. — Republicans sued Maricopa County election officials Tuesday afternoon to keep polling places open for an additional three hours.

The Republican National Committee and candidates at the top of the ticket asked a judge to require Arizona’s largest county to extend voting times until 10 p.m. local time and to allow anyone standing in line by 10 p.m. to receive and cast a ballot.
:snippity:
The county says 7pm stands unless they receive a court order stating otherwise. RNC is also trying to get results reporting enjoined until 10pm.
