Arizona behaving badly and otherwise

As a returning denizen of arid Arizona from blue NYC, I'm astonished at the amount of batshittery here. There are numerous items I'd like to discuss, but have nowhere to dump them, and they don't really deserve their own thread. So, here it is. A dumping ground of all the dumb things happening in AZ. I would start it off with a bang, a virtual smorgasbord of craziness, but instead I'll start it low-key and just drop a Wendy Rogers nugget of wisdom. Goddamn is she stupid. And a fascist. I'm hoping redistricting is going to kick her ass, we'll see, there are some maps being floated that would be not so favorable to her.

Anyone want to sponsor a ticket for me?

I kid, I kid. I'd rather have a tooth extraction sans anesthesia.

Well, I also exaggerate.

But I'm not going.

I'd rather lobotomize myself.....with a butter knife...

My staff informs me that there isn't even an eagle in that poster about the conservative dream team, much less a srsly pissed-off, intolerably angry eagle who wants to bite somebody.

So it might be a scam. :smoking:

To be fair, that image is wrong: cheapest ticket is $65.

Yet:

So Wendy Rogers is a Death Eater? Or just a Squib?

I envision the AZ wall as being an enclosed faraday cage, to be erected around Roger's home whilst she has a dinner party, with attendees including Gosar, Biggs, etc. I will shortly be setting up a 501c4 to accept donations to make this happen. I'll have to figure out my grift line though so the rubes will buy into it as a good thing, perhaps sell it as some kind of political protection for the politicians involved. Make the poots pay for it!

Will it be on the northern border to stop those pesky Utahns from crossing over?

I'm divided on Utahns. I have many on the Mormon side of the family. There are the ones that follow the church, and believe in masks and vaccines. I call these the "good" Mormons. Then there are those that stand against the church, and instead follow tfg Republicanism. I call these the "bad" Mormons.

I propose a checkpoint where we can sort these out and allow only "good" Mormons to cross the wall.

We can get her some walls. She would need to relocate northeast to say, Florence, Colorado but she would be right at home with the terrorists, traitors, and spies at her new abode.

And another thing that frosts mah cookies!
Will Mark Brnovich break out the nunchucks for his (our) new TV channel?
Opinion: Attorney General Mark Brnovich has perfected the fine art of using of his office as a Senate campaign tool. His latest stunt: a taxpayer-funded TV channel.

Just in time for next year’s Senate campaign, Attorney General (and just coincidentally, Senate candidate) Mark Brnovich is launching his own TV channel.

He (and by he, I mean “we”) has even hired a former TV news anchor to run the operation.

This, “in a continuing effort to protect consumers and educate Arizonans.”

Or put another way, in a desperate effort to stay competitive in a hotly contested Republican Senate race where other, Trumpier candidates stand ready to spend whatever it takes to win.

"ready to spend whatever it takes to win" - as long as it is taxpayer dollars! Arg!

I swear, the only thing that could make this right is more nunchucks! Preferably, a blooper reel.

A house facing my nephew's middle school has a big "FUCK BIDEN" flag hanging from a wall facing the school. Apparently there is nothing they can do about it. Can't drive anywhere without seeing "FUCK BIDEN" bumper stickers. Blech.

I have never seen one but I live close to Portland - the home of antifa :sarcasm:. There is 1 dude that drives his jacked up pickup truck around with both a dRumpf and snekky flag. Everyone ignores him.

THIS IS WHY WE CAN’T HAVE NICE THINGS FOLKS.

That’s two less Democrats and two more Republicans in the House. Not good.

Wendy Rogers continues to lose it through the end of the year on Telegram.

My campaign ads are going to call Democrats satanic communists.
