As I enjoy entertainment, I looked into Herschel Walker’s new claim that Raphael Warnock lied about having a dog. Warnock never lied about having a dog:

Re: 2022 Georgia Senate Race
Either his pastors are are still living in a parsonage/rectory or he does not look closely at the budget. The housing portion of the pastors salary is not taxable so churches that do not own the clergy housing will split those lines on the budget and issue 2 different payments to the clergy. I don't know when this started but was likely done to equal the field between those churches that owned housing and those that did not. $7,400 a month seems high but he probably got some number wrong.raison de arizona wrote: ↑Herschel Walker @HerschelWalker wrote: The pastors at the churches we go to don’t give sermons promoting abortion and they don’t fleece parishioners and taxpayers out of a phony $7400/ month “housing allowance”. @ReverendWarnock
I realize some will start complaining about this part of the tax code but I do not have the time or interest to debate on the subject.

Aw man that’s just sad. And that man should not be a Senator.

Re: 2022 Georgia Senate Race
I used to have a "Special Deputy Sheriff" card from Pima County (Arizona)
It had my name printed on it, but it was before the days of photo IDs.
I was probably 12 years old at the time.
Has everybody heard about the bird?

So that's like a merit badge, except he had to pay for it.

Whoa, I guess that locks up the women's vote.
'Course, we elect morons like this, women won't be able to vote pretty soon.

Who looks at that guy and says, that's who I want running this country. That's who I want to represent me in the Senate.

He will get 40% of the vote just by having the (R) by his name.
Re: 2022 Georgia Senate Race
The fact is that all that some ungodly large proportion of the people he's talking to need to hear is "woke" (he's against that" and "readin' and writin'" (he's for that, and only that). They don't need the details; they can fill those in themselves. All they need to know is that he's against the evil people they've been told to hate. They won't hear the absence of logic, details, and facts; they'll think you're crazy that you think he's incompetent.raison de arizona wrote: ↑Thu Sep 08, 2022 1:59 pm Who looks at that guy and says, that's who I want running this country. That's how communication works when you come in with confirmation bias. This is how all fucking politicians get elected.
