Rudy tried to duck process servers for a week, enlisting his doorman to block them, reports the Daily News. Includes amusing cinematic scene of Rudy trying to close a car door to flee and the papers getting caught in the door.
I keep imagining Giuliani running to a clown car as he's running away from process servers. The soundtrack? The soundtrack? Turkey in the straw playing at high speed.

Actually, I think Giuliani would be doing really well if he could get Sanne Mestrom to play Yackety Sax for him.

Rudy's latest podcast is a real doozy. It's titled "The DIRE CONSEQUENCES Of Misinformation On Social Media" and it is like a trip to the Twilight Zone. I listened to it last night, but I'm too traumatized to comment further at this time. Maybe later. Here it is though for the masochists among us. And fans of the Twilight Zone or Black Mirror.

And I imagine him "tucking" in his shirt while running to the clown car.

Maybe GIL is advising Roodles?
Rudy Giuliani, After Blowing Past Deadline to Respond to Dominion’s Billion-Dollar Lawsuit, Personally Asks for Extension
JERRY LAMBE Mar 5th, 2021, 5:21 pm
Despite publicly welcoming a court fight over his false claims about voting machines being used to steal the 2020 election from Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani doesn’t seem to be in much of a rush to respond to the billion-dollar defamation lawsuit filed against him by Dominion Voting Systems.
After repeatedly dodging process servers last month, the former New York City mayor on Thursday asked a federal judge in Washington D.C. for a 35-day extension to respond to the $1.3 billion complaint filed by Dominion. Giuliani’s motion for more time, which was unopposed, was filed one day after the deadline for his response had passed. The motion was entered on the docket Friday.
Giuliani said the heft of the lawsuit filed against him, coupled with problems in getting his attorney admitted to practice in D.C., is why he required more time to respond to Dominion.“Because the Complaint is voluminous and complex and because the Defendant has recently engaged counsel who is awaiting admission in the District for the District of Columbia, Defendant required additional time to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint,” Giuliani wrote in the pro se motion.
Giuliani did note that the motion was “not made for the purposes of delay, but so that Defendant and his counsel can properly and adequately respond to the Complaint.”
Roodles can't decide between Lin Wood, Orly, Kraken Powell, GIL, Bruce Castor, Jenna Ellis and Philpot. I am actually sort of surprised the Dersh has not offered to step in and represent him.

Now that I think about, that really is the "Dream Team," at least from Dominion's perspective. Maybe Roodles, Powell, Wood and all the other defendants should just hire the same lawyers. After all, why pay for multiple sets of incompetence when you can do it just one and share the costs.
