It reminds me of reading about the guy who threw shoes at W Bush in Iraq. He was tortured and spent years in prison afterwards. He said it was well worth it.

JFC what liars. They continue to lie in the face of blatant video evidence that they are in fact lying. Doesn't matter. Up is down. Alternative facts continue to rule. Hate this timeline.

If we weren't in this timeline, we wouldn't have video evidence that lying liar is lying.

And those who refuse to accept facts, no matter how unpleasant, will not be able to keep up with the rest of us.

In some circles in NYC, "You're a fucking scumbag" is considered a friendly greeting.

Or so I'm told.

Giuliani the lesser's statement. On the plus side, he is losing. On the minus side, crazy ass Zeldin is winning. Also, Giuliani the lesser doesn't know how to thread tweets. FWIW.

Rudy Giuliani says he's afraid his epitaph will say he 'lied for Trump'
The president's lawyer told The New Yorker: "I am afraid it will be on my gravestone. 'Rudy Giuliani: He lied for Trump.'"

Jan. 22, 2019, 3:20 PM CET / Updated Jan. 22, 2019, 7:04 PM CET
By Allan Smith and Peter Alexander

Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump's personal attorney, said in an interview with The New Yorker that he is "afraid" his gravestone will say he "lied for Trump."

Giuliani was asked by the magazine on Sunday if he ever worried that "saying things for Trump, not always being truthful about it" would be his legacy.

"Absolutely," he responded. "I am afraid it will be on my gravestone. 'Rudy Giuliani: He lied for Trump. Somehow, I don't think that will be it. But, if it is, so what do I care? I’ll be dead."

"I figure I can explain it to St. Peter," he continued. "He will be on my side, because I am, so far ... I don’t think, as a lawyer, I ever said anything that’s untruthful. I have a sense of ethics that is as high as anybody you can imagine. I've been doing this forever. I am doing what I believe in. I may not always be right, but I am doing what I believe."

Maybe not on his epitaph but certainly in his obituary.

He’s probably going to lose, but he’s a strong #2 in the race. Polls have him down 2 to 6.5 points. It’s possible he could pull it out, but it would be a minor upset.
