Is she just trying to re-argue facts, or does she list a serious point of law which the court got wrong on this? I'm curious, but not a masochist enough to read her petitions at this point.

She's arguing the basic legal error that she lost so that has to be wrong.

She's arguing the basic legal error that she lost so that has to be wrong.
So basically begging the court to say "No reversible error of law" as soon as possible after briefs are filed.

Looks like nothing from Friday is on the docket yet. I assume they were closed yesterday, and if there is a day or so delay before hitting the docket (scanning and such), then maybe it will show up today.
