I have read several experts who have stated that copyright belongs to the original authors of the letters, not the recipients. Does that mean that those letter-writers could ask a court for an injunction preventing publication of the book? Of course, they can ask, but would they get it?

I can envision a court granting the injunction while the issue is adjudicated.

Once it is adjudicated, I can further envision a court requiring that the OSG share the royalties from the book with the letter-writers. I doubt that a court would suppress publication, altogether, though. That pesky 1st Amendment, ya know?

He has abnormally large pupils. I found out as you age your pupils get less responsive and don't get large like they do when you're young. Those abornmally large pupils are supposed to be one of the signs he's on drugs medication.

I think we determined years ago it is Adderall abuse, allegedly.
