Not an intro, but I've tried and tried and seem to be blocked in the US. Found this tribute of clips. I loved that show and over the loss of Pete Duel. I loved this show.



The role was taken over by Roger Davis (of Dark Shadows fame), and the show was never the same. Trivia: Davis' wife was non other than Jaclyn Smith of Charlie's Angles fame (her first marriage).

I don't know, never had the justification to look it up, but I always had the impression that the stars of Maverick, especially Garner, had the greatest time working together and making that show.

Having said that, somebody will probably show me the gossip columns that they all hated each other with a passion.
