Too bad the primary before the primaries are secret.

The next two years will be filled with the disgusting antics of a republican House and DFO. I find it hard to believe that won't turn off a huge sector of the voting public. I think a lot of people are already fed up. The election showed that. People are paying attention. They proved that by not electing any of the election deniers for Secretary of State.

I'm not looking forward to the next two years; actually, I'm dreading it. But I'm not as afraid of his being elected for a second term. I don't have a crystal ball, but unless something really unforeseen and horrid happens, I don't think he can win.

I’m much more afraid of DeSantis. There’s no law he won’t steamroll over.

I'm still trying to figure him out.

Yeah, I agree with all that. I think he's a terrible dude. Maybe I just don't know about his background, but there's just something about him that I can't quite figure out. I think electing him would be as bad as electing DFO.

I agree. DeSantis is just as evil as Trump, but not quite as stupid. He also has at least some functioning filters on what comes out of his mouth. He knows far better than Trump, when to shut up, although he still says some pretty outrageous things.

At least with tfg the crazy was vomited forth for the world to parse. DeSantis will be stealthy, he won’t broadcast his worst intentions. We’ll be blindsided.

And, he'll probably be more effective at working with Congress to get what he wants. Trump couldn't repeal Obamacare, even when he had a majority in both houses.
