I have a question for my Republican friends. Explain to me why, in his 32 posts today attacking fellow Repubs and praising himself, did your fake patriot, draft-dodging, makeup wearing, lumpy, pasty, soft, cult hero not say or post one fucking word about Veterans Day?

Another RVINIT fantasy. Enough “sane” Rethugs in the House decide they’ve had enough,caucus with Democrats, and elect Nancy Pelosi Speaker of the House. I think that is an excellent fantasy if I do say so myself. They need to dump the dumpster fire once and for all and put the sake of the country first.

It is true that if you don't serve during an active war, it changes your benefits. My dad was in the Navy during WWII. He arrived overseas the day after the war ended, so he never saw combat. But my mother got benefits after he died that she wouldn't have received had he not served during wartime.
I'm guessing, though, that, given the amount of time this country has spent in war, there aren't many vets around that this would apply to.
A veteran is a veteran, though. If you signed on the bottom line, you are a veteran.

The dress is beautiful and she looks beautiful in it. That’s all that matters.
ETA: The more I look at the dress the more I like it. This might be my favorite celebrity dress in a long time. It looks like there are tiny cascading icicles all over. Totally not a typical, garish, trumpy choice.

He's around 5' 11'' without the shoelifts. He must have been unable to get them today. With the lifts he's about as tall as Obama, whose 6 foot 1.
The Thumbs up is showing the world everything is ok, and that he is supremely confident. In short, he is covering up his insecurities by pretending. That's how I interpret it anyway

I absolutely agree and the veil is lovely too. She is a beautiful bride.
