Off Topic
The back thing is kind of routine these days. It went completely off the rails about 10 years ago but it's mostly manageable now with the proper meds, physical therapy, exercise and a massage every other week. Anymore I work until it starts to complain and then stop for the day. Some days I go a little longer than I should and the muscle relaxers and pain killers usually settle things down if I jump on it early enough. If I'm stupid about it and work while I'm in serious pain I end up on the injured list for a couple of weeks and don't get anything done. I'm stupid more often than I'd like to admit. It's better today, though I spent an hour doing a quick detail of Mrs. Shizzle's car and helped clean the house the rest of the morning. It's time to call it a day and do some stretches.
