All the car companies have made our salaried employees get vaccinated even though a lot of them are never gonna come back into offices full time. I think those that don't want to will have to pay extra for health insurance.

In my day job, you have to complete a certain amount of "wellness challenges" (including a yearly biometric screening) to receive the lower employee contribution rate on at least the PPO option for health care. The idea is to keep the costs down. As for COVID VAX that is required.

Yeah, that was bad. She had herself taped doing that because she was so proud. A couple days later she did an interview where she called him an "idiot" and a "trained dog". Really despicable. He demanded an apology IIRC, but I doubt anything ever came of it either way.

REGEN-COV, the actual treatment regiment is not something you take like a pill or horse paste. It is a cocktail of 2 investigative drugs normally administered through IV (or it can be done subcutaneously if necessary). Oh, and it has an Emergency Use Authorization, which of course the anti-vax folks said meant the vax was unsafe. Regeneron says the average time a patient starts feeling better is 10 days. I assume with Trump, they also used some other drugs to relieve symptoms while also administering REGEN-COV for the virus treatment.
