Closer to home, the most common complaint from conservatives is the enormous massive gigantic tax load Oregon, and Portland in particular, that is levied on the wealthy.

ETA: I admit that I struggle with this one. I don't mind at all that there are people that consider themselves non binary and want to be identified as such. It's just that I'm old enough that this just sounds grammatically incorrect to my brain and causes me to pause. I'm also likely to use "he" or "she" depending on how a person looks, until I'm corrected. I'm not at all resistant to the idea but my brain is having some trouble adapting.
