FBI searched Trump’s home to look for nuclear documents and other items, sources say

No Traitors here, move along....
Classified documents relating to nuclear weapons were among the items FBI agents sought in a search of former president Donald Trump’s Florida residence on Monday, according to people familiar with the investigation.

Experts in classified information said the unusual search underscores deep concern among government officials about the types of information they thought could be located at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club and potentially in danger of falling into the wrong hands.

This is the kind oif stuff he understands almost as much as Biscuit understands Linear Algebra, but I totally see him carting it out and bragging about "the good stuff" he had access to. The story also hints at SIGINT which could include intercepted communications of foreign leaders. Also something the Mouse of Mar A Logo would whip out at the table of a random wedding reception he happened upon, and bragging "Yeah, Boris Johnson was an idiot, look at the stuff he was saying behind my back to Macron and the German bitch".

Tell me I'm wrong.

I have a feeling the Republicans are gonna STFU about this before it comes out he was selling shit to who knows who, or forgetting it at the omelet bar in the morning.

Maybe he needed the nuclear documents to blast away potential hurricanes from Florida -- or redirect them to Arkansas with help of a Sharpie pen ?

Some senior Republicans have been warned by allies of Mr. Trump not to continue to be aggressive in criticizing the Justice Department and the F.B.I. over the matter because it is possible that more damaging information related to the search will become public.
When trump's team say they were "cooperating", I guess they meant trump refused to return what he considered personal items. Just exactly what he considers personal items remains to be seen.
It must be the REAL UFO proof.

The Rosenbergs? Let's treat him like the Rosenbergs, I'd pay to see that. :hanged:

Now I believe more than ever that political violence in this great land of ours is about to skyrocket. Especially if the Justice Department files criminal charges against him. Especially if he is arrested. Especially if he is jailed, even briefly. Can you imagine the throngs when they learn where he's being held?

The howling is going to reach fever pitch. The illegal militias might decide they have to act.

I am not saying don't prosecute. Maybe we needed a prosecution, and, I hate to say it, but maybe we need the political upheaval in order to put these rabid squirrels down.

I'm not sure he's gonna get perp walked, I'm just about positive they'll let him self surrender. And for the good of the country as much as I hate saying thins, as long as he is tried and convicted I'm not gonna insist on actual prison. House arrest his ass, preferably at whatever slum palace he dislikes most, farthest away from anything relevant and where the media will gradually forget who the hell he was. One day he'll assume room temperature and we can commandeer one of the NYC trash barges to tow his bloated carcass out for a burial at sea, lest his grave become a shrine for the stupid.

Bubububut, I don't wanna see him go to prison, with access to a telephone and thousands of supporters outside the Big House, and occasional headlines about what the "rebel chieftain" has to say.

I wanna see him living under a highway bridge, cooking pigeons on a coat hang wire and panhandling at the gas station:

"Do you have any spare change? I'm Donald Trump, and I need your help."

"Who the hell is Donald Trump? I know that name from somewhere ... :confuzzled: "

"I was president! I won! They cheated! The machines! The machines! Ten times matching if you give in the next few minutes! I could see your name on a list of my most loyal supporters!"

"OK, buddy, sure thing, here's a quarter. You have a good day, old feller."

I think the biggest stumbling block to ever seeing him in jail is that they have no idea how to handle the SS agents that would have to go with him.

They can build a special prison--just for him and the ss agents.

I'll chip in.

But why build something new - when Donnie was so keen on -

The Guantanamo Bay detention camp (Spanish: Centro de detención de la bahía de Guantánamo) is a United States military prison located within Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, also referred to as Guantánamo, GTMO, and Gitmo (/ˈɡɪtmoʊ/), on the coast of Guantánamo Bay in Cuba. Of the roughly 780 people detained there since January 2002 when the military prison first opened after the September 11 attacks, 735 have been transferred elsewhere, 36 remain there, and 9 have died while in custody.[1]

:snippity:

In January 2018, U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order to keep the detention camp open indefinitely.[6] In May 2018, a prisoner was repatriated to Saudi Arabia during President Trump's administration.[7]

Pity those poor SS agents assigned to him, regardless of where he goes. You know you're on the shitty end of the short stick when you have to go to prison with the ex-potus.
