Love the approach in this article. Chris Churchill does a great job expressing the sort of outrage that I think is essential for reporting on this daily open sedition. He points out the truly insidious attempts to rewrite reality. AND he puts her words into historical context (which has been a rarity for years). Treasonous sycophants like Stefanik may think this sort of Earth2 logic*, which works* for the former guy will work for them, but boy are they wrong.

It is true that security on that day was shockingly deficient. Stefanik asserted that Pelosi is at fault for ignoring threats, prioritizing "political optics" — whatever that means — and failing to provide Capitol police with necessary support.

That's like blaming the homeowner for the burglary. Why didn't you have a better alarm system?! If you owned a Doberman, this wouldn't have happened! Why do you have such nice things?

FTR: Stefanik continues to get hammered in all corners of social media. There is like NO ONE coming to her defense (other than the MAGA rabble itself). The fact that she openly got her job in leadership by being willing to lie is not proving easy to get past. So every additional lie is like, "yep, that's what she does."

It's been a wild day on Twitter. With Stefanik herself clearly preoccupied with dishing lies alongside Kevin McCarthy (I'm not judging; it was in the job description), her Twitter account has been lobbing potshots, mostly at Pelosi (renownded Jan 6 instigator) but then at...Fauci. This has all the marks of the work of Alex DeGrasse, her media* policy* advisor (who gives off an amazing 8th grader incel vibe). Just causse he can. Some highlights:
