The bigger issue is enforcement: Whether the prosecutor will seek to enforce the subpoena outside of Georgia.
what if he appears and pleads the 5th? while the state can grant immunity from its own laws, would that be enough?
would he need federal immunity as well?

I'm going to assume he actually shelled out real money in order to get that work done. Because I know that *I* wouldn't be doing any work on that plane until I had cash in hand.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney ruled Wednesday that Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan and former state Sen. William Ligon have to testify in front of the grand jury but also set limits on what grand jurors may ask them and other state lawmakers who are summoned.
Graham inevitably will tout that he is a federal officer.

Still means he had to lose control of hard grifted money . Bet that hurt.

It's also a very efficient way to take some of that PAC money and put it in his personal pocket, by charging the PAC, and later campaign, for its use.

On a day when right wingers went nuts over a supposed Biden teleprompter gaffe, Trump opens up his speech in Vegas tonight giving his tribute to former Japanese PM Abe while ‘Proud to be an American’ blares and drowns him out.

At some point even the Republicans won't be able to hide his dwindling cognitive abilities.

Trump says he endorsed Oz because he was nice to him, said nice things about him, had him on his show, and “he said I’m a very healthy specimen, which I like.”
Trump says Mitch McConnell would have lost his re-election if he didn’t endorse him: “If I didn’t help him win, he would’ve lost that election by 10 or 15 points.”
Is that red self on his forehead a shadow from his *bangs*, or or is it something else? Like a big red self from Me Lanka's purse straps?

Looks like Hawley’s endorsement and her polling wasn’t enough to sway Trump #MOSen
