Regardless of what the majority "verdict" becomes, the term addictive is grossly misused. My migraine keeps me from explaining that in more detail.
Massive error in the artice: One pediatrician states that sugar is "on a par with nicotine, rather than drugs like heroin." in it's addictive qualities.
Nicotine is more addictive than heroin. The doctor's assertion must be corrected, migraine be damned.
Change the word to "dependency" which is a step down from addiction.
Nope. Physiological dependency is not addiction.
If it is, we're all addicted to water. If it is, we're addicted to sunlight.
Dependency can be a factor of addiction but it not addiction.

This one young lady who was protesting the abortion ruling and then later she brought a couple of friends with her to debate the bowel movement -- that ended when the male of her group was challenged to "take a walk" with one of the 1776ers -- which means fists. The three real counter protestors left.
That was it. Al this other conflict is internal to the same group of misfits. No one else is paying them attention. (okay, some of us watch but that's not what I mean by attention).
Anarchy Princess is liberal.
A few in my group describe Ant as a sov citizen. He's ex TPC. I don't know much about him.
Freedom Squirrel and her hubby Red Squirrel are ex members of TPC. They are MAGA. They're definitely conservative with a side of crazy.

The 2 factions of 1776 are going to get interesting. The complete demise of 1776 in DC is causing division amongst the 1776. This division is new, and very likely due to Santa's two-part breakdown Wed night.

The former members are the ones that bother them most. DOA is one of them, but he's laser focused that they've harbored a convicted sex offender-one whose offenses are in the "14-and-under" range. One of the women says it's just an accusation, but the record shows he's been convicted and served significant time. DOA taunts them constantly about harboring pedophiles. This unhinges them more than anything. Yet they continued to harbor him (or them-I've never been clear on how many), or at least were thought to. Are they that desperate for followers?
