While the ones who should complain are those who rightfully disagree with state-sponsored prayer. It is essentially the Lord's Prayer in Aramaic.

For all his bluster and all-caps outrage, he has a reputation for being a pussycat when giving depositions.

That's what they used to say, but I'm not so sure it applies in every situation. He attacked E. Jean Carole's woman attorney in several nasty ways. So I'm thinking it might depend on the questioner. And on the sex of the questioner.

I suppose that is true.

After one of the recent indications, he said something to the effect that he (or his legal team) was going to have fun on the witness stand.

I'm sure that he thinks that he will be able to turn the trials into MAGA rallies. Judge LooseCannon may allow that, but I don't think that the others will.
