She did get the "over a dozen" (i.e. 13) were 35 or under, and the average is 44 (well 44.5 so 45 rounded up). However, the average life expectancy back then was 34. It is around 79 now. Interestingly, the average age of death for the signers was 66 (it had moved up to the 60s by the time most of the signers were aged).
Comparing age then to now is as stupid comparison, and even more if you can't easily figure out who the signers are.

So what if the signers were on what today would be called the youngish side? Is she trying to say that old people shouldn't be in politics or in positions of power? If so, she obviously didn't think it through.
Trump is what, three years younger than Biden? By any reasonable measure Trump is an old man. He is rapidly approaching even today's longer average lifespan?
If that was her point, the Mango Mussolini is well past his sell-by date.

She's trying to get attention and clicks. She's a shock jock, so she has to say stupid and shocking things to get people to pay attention to her. It's not like she has accomplishments or a coherent philosophy to talk about.
As for the age thing, they are agressively attacking the weaknesses of one candidate to cover for the same weakness in their candidate.

I am figuring that she picked up the post from elsewhere and just posted it. There are plenty of trolls out there that will post intentionally and obviously incorrect stuff. They know it will get shared by those who will never check to see if it is correct.
