Rittenhouse is essentially in a different cult now, or perhaps has simply sold out to one. I gather he's controlled by that Dudley Brown who wrote one of the above tweets. Brown founded the group Rocky Mountain Gun Owners and leads the National Association for Gun Rights. My way of understanding this: just as there are passionate, single-issue Palestinian supporters on the left who feel so betrayed by Biden they would not vote for him even though Trump would hardly be better for the Palestinians, so I guess this guy is a counterpart on the right re gun rights who feels betrayed by Trump on his single issue. Hence the tweet about Dems enjoying seeing the lesser-of-two-evils argument being made on the right. KR himself seems just a willing pawn. But who knows, maybe he's become a believer.
