Your puny apelike brains cannot comprehend the infinite idiotery, the massive moronicity, the sublime stupiddliness and the dundering dumbitude of the Lindellian mind!
You'd think a guy who before this all startedf was worth $300 million would know that you can't do an IPO like you're doing a GoFundMe and there is a little bit of paperwork involved.Grumpy Git wrote: ↑Thu Jun 22, 2023 10:15 am Just catching up with Lindell's latest shows, he says he's almost ready to offer shares in his platform and there'll be some kind of document to read, showing what they're all about, that could be an interesting work of fiction.
Also he said that the whole platform will be getting a facelift, so instead of looking like a dumpster fire, it'll now look like a barn fire?
I didn't listen to the source video, but his specific wording could provide some perspective on what he actually intends to do. It could be that he's planning a real IPO. There are a couple of ways to accomplish this without having to go through a lot of the financial disclosures that one would expect for a quality IPO that professionals would invest in. But all forms of IPOs, even the cheesiest low-budget ones, have severe anti-fraud penalties associated with them.orlylicious wrote: ↑Thu Jun 22, 2023 1:37 pm Maybe JPC has been retained by Lindell to oversee the "IPO", if he's not too busy on the Truth Social SPAC merger.![]()

With credit to Git for bringing it up, fleshing it out:johnpcapitalist wrote: ↑Thu Jun 22, 2023 2:18 pmI didn't listen to the source video, but his specific wording could provide some perspective on what he actually intends to do. Lindell probably sees what Trump is doing with Truth Social and wants to get in on the action. Unfortunately, he won't be able to attract a merger partner with deep pockets because the people funding DWAC are undoubtedly looking for influence over Trump if he somehow gets re-elected. Lindell is just a carny sideshow that's not worth investing in for the politically connected billionaire class.
I vaguely recall that he talked about selling "shares" in something a while ago. Somebody had to have told him this was an extremely bad idea, yet here he is talking about it again.
I figured he was going to do a Reg CF deal, but didn't want to go into huge detail on my last post. "CF" stands for "Crowdfunding." It lets you raise up to $1.07 million in any rolling 12-month period. You can thus structure the deal as raising $90,000 per month every month ad nauseum. Most importantly, you can raise cash from non-accredited investors (i.e., not rich capitalists). The rule has a formula saying how much you can put in. It's typically 5% of your income if you make less than $100,000 as most of Lindell's loons probably do.orlylicious wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 1:51 am JPC, he says they're offering stock, not going public (?). It's going to be a "Reg CF and a Reg D I think they're called". "It's not a (he says SPEC) SPAC and it's not an IPO. "When we do that, FrankSocial will be part of this."
At the very, very end of the show, he finally used the magic word: "Crowdfunding". He also said "deflamation" again (we're going to need to add this like T*****'s "Indicated").

But JPC, I take it that you haven't been retained yet.Damn.

WTF is STERNSIGGED?orlylicious wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 1:24 pm And thank you JPC, you are awesome with your analysis and of course, I'm only kidding. I'm expecting the Lindell crowdfunding, FrankSocial and all his other shenanigans to be STERNSIGGED. It will be fun to see how he pulls that off.

I had to Google Orly Taitz, not familiar with her, blimey another bloody fruit loops.orlylicious wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 1:59 pmMy bad, Git. This is from our illustrious and wonderful member Sterngard Friegen during the Orly Taitz birther era. Sternsig: From Sterngard's signature, "When there are a finite number of ways to screw something up, Orly Taitz will find an infinite number of ways to do so. (The Sternsig Rule.)"
Clearly, there needs to be a regular counter show called 'THE PCAP RECAP!' ... with the exclamation point in the title.raison de arizona wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 4:42 pmAssCalloway 🇨🇦🇺🇸 @AssCalloway wrote: Recap: so here's a bunch of empty unfulfilled promises about PCAPs in recent weeks by @realMikeLindell
Only to be rivalled by Lindell's never-ending SCOTUS filing promise, that he claimed he could get up to twenty attorney generals to support it, but in the end only one would - Ken Paxton.Ben-Prime wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 7:40 pmClearly, there needs to be a regular counter show called 'THE PCAP RECAP!' ... with the exclamation point in the title.raison de arizona wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 4:42 pmAssCalloway 🇨🇦🇺🇸 @AssCalloway wrote: Recap: so here's a bunch of empty unfulfilled promises about PCAPs in recent weeks by @realMikeLindell
