IIRC, Klayman still has a case open against Alex and Infowars in Floriday, and his Corsi case in TX is currently on appeal. I expect to see filings about this, or maybe even a new lawsuit. Maybe he will sue JW again for something that Roger Stone texted to Alex.

Lawyer for the Sandy Hook parents says in a hearing that he's received multiple law enforcement requests for Alex Jones's phone, and plans to hand it over immediately today unless the judge prevents him from doing it.

Don't often watch court trials but this one has been great fun, Alex is constantly ripped for the lying, grifting RICH buffoon he is and deserves to be bankrupted. The text message testimony was great, Alex even called it a "Perry Mason moment" and hope all PM fans cheered. Of course, since Ray Burr was gay, thought of Alex in his frog suit.

Alex Jones' cell phone leak includes "intimate messages" with former Trump political adviser Roger Stone, according to a lawyer for Sandy Hook parents. And the House committee probing the Capitol riot wants the details, he confirmed. The contents of the far-right conspiracy theorist's phone were inadvertently sent to Mark Bankston, a lawyer representing the Sandy Hook parents who have sued Jones for defamation.
"Things like Mr. Jones and his intimate messages to Roger Stone are not confidential. They are not trade secrets. None of them," Bankston told a Texas judge after Jones' defense lawyer called for a mistrial in Jones' defamation damages trial.
Jones' lawyer, F. Andino Reynal, also filed for an emergency motion to protect the contents of Jones' phone that wound up in the possession of Bankston. Bankston also disclosed during the hearing that the House Select Committee investigating the January 6, 2021, insurrection has asked him to turn over the contents of Jones' phone.
In a dramatic courtroom moment on Wednesday, Bankston announced that Jones' attorney's "messed up" and sent him a copy of Jones' entire phone contents going back two years. Jones is in court after the judge found him liable of defaming two Sandy Hook parents by falsely claiming the massacre at the Connecticut elementary school was a hoax. A jury will now decide how much Jones must pay in compensatory damages.

As a jury deliberates in Austin, Texas, over how much Jones must pay two parents for his false claims that the deadly shooting was a hoax, families of Sandy Hook victims who have sued Jones for defamation in that trial and others who have sued in Connecticut warned a bankruptcy judge in Houston that Jones might continue to pull assets from InfoWars parent company Free Speech Systems LLC while using its bankruptcy case to avoid paying court judgments in the defamation cases.
Marty Brimmage, an attorney for the Sandy Hook parents, told U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez in Houston on Wednesday that Jones had told his audience that the bankruptcy would “tie up” any defamation judgment for years.

How long would you need for deliberation if you were on the jury?
Me - 30 minutes for form sake and to see if more than $150M can be awarded.

They have to get 10 out of 12--the same 10 out of 12--to agree on all counts/amounts.
Haven't heard of that one before.
Some of the questions from the jury led a lot of people (myself included) to wonder if there was at least one brain dead Jones fan on the jury. So....
They wrap for the day at 6 east coast time, so I'll be looking for an alert around then.

Edit:
A separate, shorter trial during which punitive damages will be discussed is now expected. Punitive damages are awarded when the court finds the defendant's behavior to be especially offensive.
is there possibly a better way to describe Jones?
