Officials with the town of Palm Beach Police Department and the United States Secret Service have reached a compromise surrounding the closure of South Ocean Boulevard on Palm Beach.

A Trump family spokesperson tells WPBF 25 News, South Ocean Boulevard on Palm Beach will reopen when former President Donald Trump is not in residence at Mar-a-Lago.

Next to him is Patrick Bet-David, an entrepreneur who, among other things, owns a piece of the Yankees. He's also in his 40s, so him being a youth influencer is like much of the "Grease" cast being in their 20s and 30s.

The person in the (frankly fabulous) vest-corset is Justin Waller, a construction/real-estate person (and "influencer").

Former President Trump said late Monday that he would participate in a tele-town hall hosted by Fox News next month instead of a debate on the network, after the Harris campaign made clear the vice president would not participate.

“Rather than the debate on September 4th, I have agreed to do a Tele-Town Hall, anchored by Sean Hannity, for Fox. It will take place in the Great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania – Details to follow!” Trump posted on Truth Social.

I'm still working "tele-town hall." Like he and Hannity, somewhere in Pennsylvania, will chat, and occasionally some remote viewer will ask a question?

I think he means he going to phone-it-in (no video) as he often does. He won't be in PA.

He is still living in 1990 with his phone usage.
