Perhaps the "something clever" waiting to be inserted in the thread title could be "consistently inconsistent"?

FTR, the "forced to open on Sundays" bit refers to rest stops/airports. I.e., places where travelers depend on services. Pff

Or feel you are born the wrong gender....

Or if you're a male who likes to dress up in pretty gowns and wigs for a parade...

Or if you want to marry the person you love who happens to be the same sex as you...

Or....

“According to secret grand jury testimony in Fulton County confirmed by the authors, Graham testified that if you told Trump ‘That Martians came and stole the election, he’d probably believe you.’

“He also suggested to the grand jurors that Trump cheated at golf. After Graham was finished testifying, he bumped into FANI WILLIS in a hallway and thanked her for the opportunity to tell his story. ‘That was so cathartic,’ he told Willis. ‘I feel so much better.’ Then, to the astonishment of one source who witnessed the scene, South Carolina’s senior senator hugged the Fulton County DA who was aggressively pursuing Trump. Willis’s reaction: ‘She was like “whatever, dude,”’ according to one witness of the the strange encounter.”

Too also, I’d like to see SNL do a short skit based on The Day the Earth Stood Still, but the robot is coming to save us from Trump.

And I want Bowen Yang to play the robot.

Wait until this guy gets a load of firearms. Facebook has blood on their hands, you sir have blood on your hands, for protecting the firearms industry.

I get that Facebook can be harmful for kids, and we should address that, but why don't we go after the #1 killer of kids first: guns.

Not exactly what was said.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/lindsey-gr ... 6-09-2024/
If you spent 15 minutes studying Putin and what he wants, he wants to re- recreate the Russian Empire. He's not going to stop in Ukraine. We celebrated the 80th anniversary of D-Day. It was a failure. It was the unnecessary war, described by Winston Churchill. We had a dozen chances to stop Hitler. It's not about NATO. It's not about American weapons in Ukraine. It's about a megalomaniac wanting to create the Russian Empire by force of arms. If you don't stop him, there goes Taiwan. So we've been slow as hell of helping Ukraine, but Senator Tuberville's analysis really misses what Putin's all about. He's an outlier, I think, in the Republican Party. I like him personally. But what did Trump do to get the weapons flowing? He created a loan system. They're sitting on 10 to $12 trillion of critical minerals in- in Ukraine. They could be the richest country in all of Europe. I don't want to give that money and those assets to Putin to share with China. If we help Ukraine now, they can become the best business partner we ever dreamed of, that 10 to $12 trillion of critical mineral assets could be used by Ukraine and the West, not given to Putin and China. This is a very big deal how Ukraine ends. Let's help them win a war we can't afford to lose. Let's find a solution to this war. But they're sitting on a gold mine. To give Putin 10 or $12 trillion for critical minerals that he will share with China is ridiculous.

Well, the quote initself is just that. What follows has no connection imho.

I find it fascinating that Graham supports the backing of Ukraine while the former guy intends to withdraw and leave everything to his BFF Putin.

Did Graham just read the book Churchill, Hitler and the Unnecessary War?
