CNN just now reporting grand jurors have left for the day - EXCEPT for the foreperson, who would need to be present for an indictment, or some such thing.

IF Trump has been indicted in DC it will be interesting to see if Jack Smith tries to beat OSG to the punch with the news this time. I supposed the defendant has to be notified first so we know OSG will wailing on Truth Social as soon as his attorneys hear something.

Reading the descriptions though I think we could figure out who they were. One of the defendents is an attorney who tried to get the VP to vote down the electors. This is most likely Eastman. Also a justice department official in civil affairs. Most likely Clark. I hope he's not finished though. I hope he indicts several others in addition to the 6

Here's the second indictment.

The 18 USC sec. 241 (conspiracy against rights) is based on the right to vote, and have one's vote counted.

The indictment lists six unnamed co-conspirators, four of whom are attorney, a DOJ official, and a political consultant.

The attorneys pretty obviously include Eastman, Powell, and Giuliani. The DOJ official is "Oil Spill" Clark.
