"Do you not really think that the judge is following a script that is written by [somebody]" Jones goes into a rant about being innocent (which he's been told not to say) and that he was convicted without a jury (which he's been told not to say) and does not address the issue of "the script". Jury out, judge sees clip of Jones saying judge is following a script."

Def now moving on to Jones saying the judge and attorneys are pedophiles. AJ denies it.

He was asked in discovery if he had sandy hook text messages on his phone. He said No.

Jones' lawyer accidentally sent the last two years of text messages on Jones' phone to opposing counsel. Nowhere did they say it was privileged communication.

He testified under oath he searched his phone and didn't find anything with the phrase "Sandy Hook". Opposing counsel asks Jones if he knows what perjury is

I enjoyed the question where he was asking Jones about 4 or 5 different years things happened in one question. You could see Jones's short term memory overloading in real time. I won't try to repeat it because I can't do it justice.

"Impeach," as used in trials, means cast doubt on. A witness testifies the car was red; a photo showing the car was blue would impeach the witness.

Here Jones can't keep straight what he said under oath at his deposition and under oath at trial.

Various by jurisdiction, and almost always at the discretion of the judge.
