I'm trying to keep my hopes in check but I haven't been this excited since Obama ran in 2008. It has a similar vibe.

Future Forward (the largest Democratic-leaning super PAC) launches a $50 million pre-convention ad blitz for Harris

Target is the six swing states.

My reaction to the Harris campaign has been "Damn, Democrats, you had this on the bench the whole time?"

It's almost like this was the plan all along Let the GOP unleash all their venom and exhibit all their worst qualities at a convention they think is a coronation, and then switch to a candidate that makes all their criticism of Biden more applicable to Trump himself.

This was such a troll move. And you know what? I bet there"s more in store.

This just goes to show how great Biden has been at selecting the right people for the job and that Trump... well, Pence, then Vance. Need I say more? (Of course, looking at Trump's four years in office, he really has a poor track record.)

But... Yay Biden! He's the GOAT!

Probably in the minority, but I'm glad he waited a few days to endorse her. He gave people a chance to acknowledge Biden's service and Harris a chance for the spotlight. An immediate endorsement would have taken the attention from her. I suspect Obama knew that.

With the added benefit of presenting Trump and the Republicans another thing to be wrong about.

Yeah, great that he timed it perfectly. Trump announced that he hadn't endorsed because The Great Obama wanted somebody else, and hours later The Great Obama endorses her. Chef's kiss.

‘What happened to any time, any place?’: Kamala Harris trolls Trump as he backs out of debate

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/worl ... 86303.html
Kamala Harris has trolled Donald Trump by using his words against him after the Republican presidential nominee backed out of a proposed television debate.

“What happened to ‘any time, any place’?” the vice president posted on X late on Thursday night.

Trump had previously used those words back in March to lay down the gauntlet to President Joe Biden as the two rivals sparred about when and where they would face each other on the debate stage.

But, now that Biden has stepped aside and Harris has become the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, the former president appears to have gotten cold feet.

On Thursday, Harris was asked by reporters at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland about debating Trump.
