My, ain't the walls perpendicular!!!!! Somehow this doesn't surprise me in the least.

The only thing that comes to mind is who, in their right mind or otherwise, would trust this yoik with ANYTHING even remotely sensitive or classified, since he's the type who would talk about it just to show how important he is, unless of course you wanted to use his as a disinformation source, of which he already is.

All I got from this video is that Madison Cawthorn married a honeypot.

Now that he’s made a complete ass of himself and spent a year trying to subvert democracy, her mission appears to be over.

FWIW, Cawthorn is exactly the kind of person a hostile intelligence agency would target. He’s a known serial liar, so there’s plenty of blackmail opportunity just in the public record. He’s also young, decidedly *not* smart, and easy to manipulate.

I was today years old when I learned that Madison Cawthorn was recruited by an operative in St. Petersburg, Russia who faked a CrossFit competition just to set him up with now soon-to-be ex-wife

He himself admitted all of this on video

Welcome to the GOP, Government of Putin

OK. Wait. He met an American Army Captain from Miami in a St. Petersburg, Russia casino? Why would a U.S. Army officer be in a Russian casino?

I have questions.

Here's the full interview. Did he marry a Russian operative?

Maddy is the perfect dupe. He thinks he is super intelligent and clever when he most certainly isn't. He wallows and glories in his self induced and imposed ignorance. He thinks he is superior to everyone else, he isn't.

Putin must not have been on his game with that one. For being former KGB, Putin seems to be going soft by letting his asset out of the torture job (her torture, not Moron Cawthorn's).

Not unthinkable. Sometimes there are one-day visitor visas issued at the border, for tourists on a shopping spree. May require an informal prebooking at an agency / travel office.

Watch the video again with the sound off. When he starts to talk about where they went he gets lost. It takes him forever to get to the point.

Loren is right about the timeline but why is Cawthorn so nervous about saying where? He seems to realize mid-sentence that he’s trapped, somehow.

I was watching more the fact that his blinks were very extended, so his eyes were mostly closed during that portion. Dr Jack thinks it’s an indicator.

Ye GODS I hate that fucking little neo-nazi shit. The idea that he was stupid enough to marry what may have been a Putin honeypot warms the cockles of my heart, not to mention that his marriage is over after 8 months.

Not to mention the rumors of an affair he had as soon as he was elected....

There wasn't any transformation. Every bit of evidence shows this little neo-nazi shit was radicalized from day one. Homeschooled by far-right parents, dropped out of a college FOR homeschoolers, lied about being accepted into the USNA, and the only job he ever held was as a staffer for Mark Meadows, and won Meadow's seat to replace him.

It looks like he's been a radicalized, entitled, obsessed asshole his entire life

So I know that the "business" this little neo-nazi piece of shit runs (and is sole employee of), is called "SPQR Holdings". And somehow, I think his parents, during his homeschooling, instilled an idea that the US is somehow a modern-day Roman empire. He certainly seems to treat Trump as some sort of emperor.

Rep. Madison Cawthorn says he doesn't want a civil war—but if we have one, conservatives will win
"No, I’m gonna lean in, I’m gonna take some punches on the chin. I think all of us in this room are too. And we are going to stand up for the America that we all know and believe in, because when we do that, when we stop saying, ‘Oh, yeah, I believe in free trade.’ No, screw that, I believe in dominant American trade. When I ask OPEC for oil although we’ll drill it here, they’re gonna say, ‘Yes sir, we’ll give it all right away. Thank you so much for all that you’ve done.

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — A group of North Carolina voters told state officials on Monday they want U.S. Rep. Madison Cawthorn disqualified as a congressional candidate, citing his involvement in last January’s rally in Washington questioning the presidential election outcome before a Capitol riot later that day.

Cawthorn's office quickly condemned the candidacy challenge of the Republican, which was filed on behalf of 11 voters with the State Board of Elections, which oversees a process by which a candidate’s qualifications are scrutinized. The voters contend that Cawthorn, who formally filed as a candidate for the 13th District seat last month, can’t run because he fails to comply with an amendment in the U.S. Constitution ratified shortly after the Civil War.

The 1868 amendment says no one can serve in Congress “who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress . . . to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same.”

The written challenge says the events on Jan. 6, 2021 “amounted to an insurrection” and that Cawthorn’s speech at the rally supporting President Donald Trump, his other comments and information in published reports provide a “reasonable suspicion or belief” that he helped facilitate the insurrection and is thus disqualified.
