I thought they passed a law providing universal access to feminine hygiene products to all inmates who need them.

Notice, too, that he had no response when he was asked exactly how that would happen. I suspect the questioner was asking for the legal mechanism that could be employed to remove President Biden and return TFG to the White House. He had not answer because there is no such mechanism, before the 2024 election.
