Honestly, I'm just tired of the 'Hard No' folks giving great reasons why they are a 'Hard No' and talking about what an uphill climb it would be to get them to a 'Yes' or that there's nothing that could get them there, then folding like a cheap suit after one phone call in which it is clear nothing substantive was promised.

Yeah, if Gym and Hannity can manage to make enough vile and immoral threats against members of their own political party - and they have to be credible threats, you can't primary a lady who got 70% of the vote in her district - then maybe they can push an insane lying asshole over the top.

Why are the Rs so hot about it being a Big Deal that Israel is within their rights to defend their borders and go after the attackers, but when it comes to Ukraine and the same thing, they're not so hot on that idea?

I suspect there has always been bullying and threats; however, the older crop of GOP reps knew how to threaten quietly. They still gave some head nod to the Regan rule, do not disparage another Republican (publically). This new crop, and a bunch of their voters equate success with bullying and threatening (which they wrongly think is being a fighter).

Also, they have decided they have the power to primary out the other "RINOS" (which means anybody who does not agree with them today), so they use that. They have no clue that if they primary out GOP reps closer to the center, they hand that seat to the other side.

They seek only chaos, not any supposed conservative value. If the Dems decided to agree with a bill of theirs, they would move the goalposts. They are Putin's greatest asset (whether or not there is a connection, I assume he likes their work).

On the bright side, the black guy has more friends than the white supremacist trash potato running for Speaker.
