The President does not have a security clearance, it's sort of like how the King doesn't have a Passport. He gets to see everything because he is the President and when he leaves the office he is no longer allowed to see anything except by special waivers granted by the new President or the Agencies. Trump would never haver been granted a security clearance and people like him are the reason a President doesn't need one.
