He needs to go back to 4th grade grammar class. I'm sure that he thinks "allowed the economy to thrive" refers to the cuts his dad made, but, the way the sentence is worded, it applies to the rules he mentioned. IOW, the rules allowed the economy to thrive and his dad cut them.

Guilfoyle says the people on the J6 Committee were “horrific and brain damaged people” for making her testify for 14 hours, when all she did on J6 was dance backstage to the “Trump music” while Junior filmed her.
