A group of over 100 "Trans Lives Matter" protesters arrived at Oklahoma's State Capitol building Monday to stand up against a series of bills that would ban gender-affirming surgery and care for young people.

The demonstrators from Oklahomans For Equality and from Freedom Oklahoma occupied the interior rotunda of the building, which is open to the public as a tourist attraction. Videos shared on social media show them chanting "Trans lives matter" loudly and holding up signs.

100 idiots protested repetitively peacefully through an area which is open to the public, as opposed to 6000 idiots clubbing police and smashing their way into areas that are out of bounds and threatening peoples lives.

Is having fertilized eggs a bottleneck?

Hens begin laying eggs at about 20 weeks of age.

The issue is that Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza has a reservoir in wild birds. There's no vaccine, and biosecurity on the chicken farms has to be incredibly tight.

Eggs could be sourced from meat chicken producers, but the eggs aren't gathered daily. Thus eggs from meat birds are not legal to sell.

A further issue could be that HPAI is apparently starting to leap to mammals.

Just last month WA state found a bobcat in Eastern Washington infected with HPAI, and it was not the first animal found to be infected.
