Quite possibly: Some jurisdictions have "claw-back" laws, which allow creditors to rescind fraudulent transfers intended to avoid creditors.

I didn't see it. The plaintiff's attorneys have played numerous clips of AJ saying Sandy Hook was staged.

Afternoon session starting.

Plaintiff's Attorneys show video of Jones on his show an hour earlier, saying the father is being manipulated by bad* people* and is on the autism spectrum. They don't show video of Jones saying the judge is a member of a demonic cult of pedophiles. Judge will decide whether or not to play the video depending on how testimony goes, but she overrules def. att.'s objection of irrelevance in favor of plaint. att.'s statement that this shows ongoing harassment and attempts to intentionally cause pain to the plaintiffs.

Jones in the courtroom. The judge admonishes him for chewing gum; he says he isn't--he has gauze in his mouth from recent tooth surgery, and offers to pull out the gauze so she can see if she wants. She says no, she doesn't want to see. He sticks his finger is his mouth anyway and mugs at her, inviting her to look into his mouth.

I have never seen anything like this.
