Does he have the same kind of NDA as Mary? Isn't that why he sued her? Even if he doesn't have an NDA with Fred3 that probably won't stop him from at least trying to sue.

I saw a similar video several years ago. I'm almost wondering if that video is years old, as Pestilent Turnip looks younger to me.
