I'm reading through these comments and I have to say I'm appalled at how you treat people, Ali. I have been very involved since the November election, and I feel that I have you and the Stop the Steal movement to thank for showing me how to get involved. I have always credited you for that, even when to do so has caused me to have to defend you against people who claim that you were responsible for the bad things that occurred on Jan. 6th. But I always had your back, even when my own reputation took a hit for it. I even sent you some money when you asked. But you know what? I'm done with watching how you treat the people who are on your side. You belittle and demean good people who ask you legitimate and sincere questions. I disagree. The Constitution lays out the impeachment process for Presidents but that assumes that you are trying to remove the POTUS. Biden is not truly POTUS, because he was certified under fraudulent pretenses. If it is proven Biden had knowledge or any semblance of involvement of the coordinated theft - he requires no constitutional protection.
I have always figured some of the right-wing folks were actually Russian agents and bots (funny how right-wing Twitter folks would lose a bunch of "followers" from time to time) but there are also those who really remember nothing of the Constitution or are history and just don't care. A hearing has been set for July 6 on the sanctions motions.
No idea how hardcore right the judge is, but we're talking about defamation cases against public figures in a highly charged environment. Hyperbole and actual malice are both real issues.
