Possible holiday gift. Yep, it was a Pendleton made sweater in the movie. I've been thinking about it, but haven't plunked down the cash yet. (rational brain keeps telling me it would be a novelty buy)

I used to have a Mexican made one I got in Nogales for about 10 dollars, I think. Wore it til it fell apart into shreds. SWMBO never liked it so I never pulled the trigger on a Pendleton.

Well, that's what you get for buying a cheap knock-off.
As for buying you a Pendleton, you are on your own, buddy. My wallet was lightened a couple days ago when some neighbor kid was short trying to buy a bag of Jolly Ranchers at the store. I'm fresh out of charity.

Cheap? I'll have you know that was over 50 years ago and 10 dollars was a lot of money back then. Especially in Mexican border town tourist-tat shops.

Anytime is a good time for Whitney Hustom (RIP) (even when it is Whitney Houston)
What is nice about that era is music artists (or producers) wove theatre into those music videos. This was back in MTV/VH1 hayday when they played music videos -- they don't do that anymore. A lost art. Now everything on those networks is some "reality" TV shows.
Can't get the 80s back, but can relive them a little bit.

Anytime is a good time for Ennio Morricone, the guy behind the music on all those spaghetti westerns you loved so much.
