Hillary Clinton visited the day after, she was senator for NY at the time. Rudy may not remember ...
That afternoon, she joined her fellow senator from New York, Chuck Schumer, and also Charles Rangel, the Democratic congressman from New York, and boarded a FEMA plane to New York, where they got into a helicopter, which flew to Ground Zero and circled above the smoking, twisted wreckage. Clinton described it “like a scene out of Dante’s Inferno.”

Imagine that, a lawyer that doesn’t get paid and then sues for payment. Give you any ideas, Roodles?

NBC News says $1.4M but what's $100K between friends? Getting sued by Robert Costello is very, very bad. But for us, it's a very nice little roundup of Roodles World. You did this all to yourself, Roodles. I remember him SCREAMING in 2016 at T****'s rallies, it was clear he had lost his mind. Then his Ukraine adventures. I forget which conservative wrote it, but they said his main priority now should be that he doesn't die in jail. Thoughts and prayers, Roodles.
Rudy Giuliani sued by his former lawyers claiming he owes $1.4 million in unpaid legal fees
The lawsuit said legal services provided by the firm included early representation in what became the election interference cases in Georgia and Washington, D.C.

Former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani was sued Monday by his onetime lawyers in a lawsuit that says he owes $1.36 million in unpaid legal fees. Robert Costello, a partner at the law firm Davidoff Hutcher & Citron, sued Giuliani in New York Supreme Court. He and his law firm are seeking payment of legal services that Giuliani has received since 2019.

According to the lawsuit, Costello’s firm began providing Giuliani legal services around November 2019, which continued through July of this year. The lawsuit said legal services provided by the firm included early representation in what became the election interference cases in Georgia and Washington, D.C.

The law firm alleges that it billed Giuliani directly for fees and expenses totaling more than $1.5 million, and that Giuliani only paid $214,000. NBC News has reached out to a Giuliani spokesperson for comment. Earlier this month, NBC News reported that former President Donald Trump hosted a fundraiser at his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, to help a legal defense fund for Giuliani, who is among Trump's 18 co-defendants indicted in Georgia for alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in the state. All 19 defendants have pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.

Earlier this year, he was sued in a wide-ranging $10 million lawsuit filed by Noelle Dunphy, a woman whose allegations included Giuliani harassing her and discussing the selling of presidential pardons after her hiring in 2019. Giuliani has denied the claims. In July, a disciplinary board for the DC Bar Association recommended that Giuliani be stripped of his law license over alleged "malicious and meritless claims" he made to undermine the 2020 election. A spokesman for Giuliani at the time said the move was "part of a larger effort to deny President Trump effective counsel by persecuting Mayor Giuliani." Last month, a federal judge found Giuliani liable for defaming two election workers in boosting Trump’s stolen election claims.

Okay, I hez questions.

Does Ruby Freeman get paid before them? Does what he's gonna owe her count as legal expense in regards to a legal defense fund?

Cause Rudy getting sued into a welfare pimp daddy is sweet karma making my day, I'd rather a real victim get paid ahead of a rich lawyer who should have known better than to extend credit to anyone close to Donald Trump.

He'd have to find a lawyer to handle that lawsuit. Given that he is on the hook for $1.3 million and given the proclivity of the target of such a suit to drag things out and then try to impose a unilateral settlement, Rudy would never collect a cent.

Why come every time I've hired an attorney I have to put down a fat retainer that they bill against, and anytime that money starts running out I have to re-up. Or the lawyer doesn't work. And yet they let these turds get seven figures into them.

But Donald is their special friend. He would never stiff them. Just like all those people who thought Joe Arpiao was their special friend.

I give Giuliani no quarter and consider him America’s Most Repulsive Mayor. That being acknowledged:

Cassidy Hutchinson, who willingly worked for Trump, needs to find a ghost writer. She is giving stiff competition to the “Dark and Stormy Night” crowd of authors. Ye gods.

Donald Trump’s former lawyer and former mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani will be required to appear in person for the duration of his trial on damages for defaming Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss. Judge Beryl Howell has set the trial to begin on December 11.

Judge Howell previously found Giuliani automatically liable for defaming the two Fulton Country, Georgia election workers after Giuliani resisted turning over discovery in the case. The trial is to determine how much Giuliani must pay Freeman and Moss for defaming them after the 2020 election.

As seen in the docket text below, on December 11 at 9 am, both “parties are directed to appear in Courtroom 26A for jury selection… with plaintiffs and defendant present in person for the duration of the trial.”

Fell asleep to Giuliani's podcast/vlog show last night. It was on "the fact" that January 6th was actually all antifa. No patriots broke any laws, it was all antifa smashed windows and whatnot, with the patriot valiantly trying to stop them.

Which his listeners will belive as if Christ appeared on the lawn of the White House and proclaimed it himself (before being beaten senseless by CBP Agents and deported)

Because there is no videao of the people who actually beat the windows in, none of those people have actually gone in and pleaded guilty to serious crimes about what they did that day and not one single "patriot" was among the more than 1,000 people and counting who have been convicted for what they did that day.

Nope, every dirty grimy filthy one of the people the FBI has rounded up has been ANTIFA, even the ones who founded and were leading the Oath Keepers, the guy who was the leader of The Proud Boys, nope, those are known Deep State ANTIFA front groups...

And they believe every damn word.

Guiliani loses his other lawyer as well. Adolf wept.

Giuliani to lose 2nd attorney in Georgia, leaving him without local legal team

A second lawyer for Rudy Giuliani is seeking to depart his legal team in Georgia, sources familiar with the matter tell ABC News, a move that would appear to leave the former New York City mayor without any local lawyers in the state.

A motion to withdraw has been submitted to the clerk, the sources said. A judge in the case has to sign off on the motion.

Giuliani’s Drinking, Long a Fraught Subject, Has Trump Prosecutors’ Attention
The former mayor’s drinking has become an investigative subplot in Donald Trump’s federal case over 2020 election interference. But long before that, friends had grown deeply concerned.

Rudolph W. Giuliani had always been hard to miss at the Grand Havana Room, a magnet for well-wishers and hangers-on at the Midtown cigar club that still treated him like the king of New York.

In recent years, many close to him feared, he was becoming even harder to miss.

For more than a decade, friends conceded grimly, Mr. Giuliani’s drinking had been a problem. And as he surged back to prominence during the presidency of Donald J. Trump, it was getting more difficult to hide it.

On some nights when Mr. Giuliani was overserved, an associate discreetly signaled the rest of the club, tipping back his empty hand in a drinking motion, out of the former mayor’s line of sight, in case others preferred to keep their distance. Some allies, watching Mr. Giuliani down Scotch before leaving for Fox News interviews, would slip away to find a television, clenching through his rickety defenses of Mr. Trump.

Even at less rollicking venues — a book party, a Sept. 11 anniversary dinner, an intimate gathering at Mr. Giuliani’s own apartment — his consistent, conspicuous intoxication often startled his company.
