Dear Donald, the Election was not over, the Electoral College had not yet counted the state electors votes yet. Voting was for the most part over, but they were still counting votes when you requested the infamous 11K be found asap. And if you thought it was up to the impotus to guarantee fair elections, it was not up to you to make "best phone calls" yourself but to order the DOJ open an investigation.

So...if tfg is entitled to "presidential immunity" for acts done while he was president, why isn't Biden entitled to the same?

Yeah, I don't think he gets that the ultimate logical conclusion of his argument is that the current President could order him taken out by a hit squad and there would be no legal recourse.

NOTE: I am not advocating this, and would in fact be opposed to it. I do not believe in the presidential immunity argument and think it's horseshit. But his actual argument is "Presidential Immunity for Me. Everyone else just gets hung for treason." Just want to make that abundantly clear.
