The most appropriate response is to just ignore the idiocy and continue living in the reality-based world.
But, yes, just accept victory and ignore the screamers: There are people who still believe the 2020 election can and will be decertified. To them, that the presidential election was certified on January 7, 2021 and a new president started serving two weeks late only proves it is the system, and not they, that is broken.

In almost any scenario, one could uncede after conceding.
But the party of sore losers has even turned conceding into a moral failing, and somehow believes it has legal consequences.
IIRC, didn't Al Gore initially concede in 2000, only to un-concede when the vote count got weird? The R's screamed bloody murder saying, essentially, "You can't do that! You already condeded!". I believe that some of them called for the counting to stop because Gore had conceded.

Gore privately conceded and then rescinded.
But votes still needed to be counted. At most, there are urgency and resource issues, but counts get certified regardless.

Y'all probably know this, but FTR, several of the official* GOP twitter feeds and dozens of the fascist GOP elected representatives (I can't stamp them out fast enough so I continue to see them) have been tweeting for the past six months about all the Biden failures* at the border in terms of how many people turned back, how many drugs were seized, and how many people were legally let in. They are constantly ratioed by folks pointing out how ludicrous this is. They don't care.
To me its a reminder of how much they scorn the intelligence of their followers. Or possibly more owning the libs.

Yeah, the point is to associate Biden with fentanyl, crime, cartels, illegal immigrants, etc., not to get people to think too deeply about it. Biden = open borders is all they need to imply/get out there to trigger outrage.
It becomes the old saw about purple elephants in politics.
As in, "if you accuse your opponent of being a purple elephant, it doesn't matter if you know he's not, if he knows he's not, if everyone knows he's not; he still has to make the choice as to whether to waste precious resources denying it or letting the accusation stand unchallenged."
